近日，海南華研膠原科技股份有限公司（以下簡稱：海南華研）聯(lián)合中國海洋大學(xué)的科研團隊在SCI期刊Food Chemistry: X（最新中科院SCI期刊分區(qū)：農(nóng)林科學(xué)1區(qū)TOP，IF: 8.2）上發(fā)表了題目為“Maillard reaction products from Tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus) scale collagen peptides conjugated with Galactooligosaccharides of different purities: Characterization, antioxidant activity, and impact on the growth of probiotics”的研究性論文。

本研究的主要內(nèi)容是對羅非魚膠原蛋白肽與低聚糖經(jīng)熱殺菌處理后形成的美拉德反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物進行研究，發(fā)現(xiàn)其具有更強的抗氧化性以及促進益生菌生長的作用。
