卵清蛋白質經特定蛋白酶水解的產物(卵清蛋白肽)具有多種理化特性及生物活性, 如增強免疫、抗氧化及抑制血管緊張素轉換酶活性等功能。
本文對雞卵清蛋白肽系統地進行了細胞和體液免疫功能的檢測, 以明確其對免疫系統的調節作用。
清潔級BALB/c小鼠, 雄性, 200只,18~22g, 購自武漢生物制品研究所, 合格證號為醫動字第19- 030號。
實驗設3個劑量組: 10倍人體攝入量(100mg/kg bw) 組、20倍人體攝入量(200mg/kg bw)組、30倍人體攝入量(300mg/kg bw)組和對照組。小鼠灌胃體積為0.2mL/10g bw, 每日灌胃一次。對照組用相同容積的生理鹽水灌胃。
